  1. Cucumbers - Cucumbers are an excellent source of potassium and phytosterols, both of which help to lower cholesterol. They have high water content, which makes them great for juicing. Cucumbers are a good source of B vitamins and may help control blood pressure.

    2. Coconut water – Coconuts are especially high in manganese, which is essential for bone health and the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and cholesterol. Coconuts are rich in copper and iron, which help form red blood cells, as well as selenium, an important antioxidant that protects your cells, and are rich in electrolytes and other ingredients that ensure proper hydration.

    3. Mint - Mint helps to soothe indigestion and inflammation. Also, a good source of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, which support healthy hair, skin, and nails. The scent of mint can stimulate the salivary glands, encouraging the production of enzymes that aid digestion.
